	Fees and Charges OCN North West Region’s charges are published annually. What does the Centre Recognition charge cover? What is the Credit Target for Full Achievement? I'm running an Access to Higher Education programme - do I need to worry about the intended credit target? What happens if I don't provide the Credit Target for Full Achievement on my course form? When will I be invoiced? Who do I contact with an invoice query? I'm running an Access to Higher Education programme - do I need to worry about the intended credit target? No - Access to HE programmes are charged at a flat rate of £100 per learner and registration lasts for two years. What happens if I don't provide the Credit Target for Full Achievement on my course form? We will assume learners are expected to achieve all units in the course and will use the total number of credits for all units listed as the Intended Credit Value. You will then be charged on this basis each time you register learners on the course. When will I be invoiced? Registration & Awards - Invoices are issued monthly. This could be 6-8 weeks after you have sent your registrations to us. Centre Recognition – Centre Recognition Fee will be invoiced within 4 weeks of your initial visit with our Business Development Advisor. Annual Fee – This will be invoiced in September each year. Other charges: Training - Will be invoiced upon commencement. Late charges – Will be invoice monthly.
